WARNING: This is the second year I tried ordering what appears to be genuine Sunbeam filters. Once again, I was sent the bulkier, cheaper Protec filters that barely fit and smell bad. This rating is more about the provider than the filter. This year, I'm sending them back.

Received the wrong product. Once I contacted the company, they made it very easy to resolve a solution. Mistakes happen. Overall, pleased with the company.

The shopping/buying experience has always been easy on Amazon, but purchasing the 3 Sunbeam air filters was difficult as I could not confirm the size of the filters before purchase. They appeared to be the correct size for my humidifier, but when I received them they were far too small. I need to purchase correct sized filters, but I'm cautious of doing this via Amazon since it was already wrong once on the size.
