The Rain Cover installs quickly and lays nicely...not lop-sided! It's long enough to keep baby dry but not so long that it snags under the stroller's wheels. In typical Britax fashion, the Rain Cover is constructed of high-quality, heavy gauge vinyl and nicely trimmed in fabric as a polished finishing touch. We don't get much rain where I live but we do get snow, and the Rain Cover works great in the snow! I also bought the Britax Canopy Net and Britax Foot Muff. Although the Canopy Net isn't sold as a wind deterent, I use it to filter the sun & wind and to keep out bugs & insects...it's advertised to keep out bugs & insects. When it's real windy outside, I use the Rain Cover as a wind-shield, and it's perfect for this! I have had a weather shield for all of my strollers in the past....I learned my lesson when visiting family in Europe. I purchased this rain cover to use with our Graco Metrolite stroller on our recent trip to Chicago. It fit perfectly, AND it fit over the Graco Snugride32 when we used it with the stroller. The velcro tabs made the fit more flexible...as opposed to the snaps on other universal covers that tend to pull and tear. It kept our son warm and dry while we walked all over a very unseasonably cold and wet Chicago. My only complaint would be that while out and about, it is not very easy to fold up and put back in the storage pouch...but this is a very minor flaw! |
